Paralegal Commercial Disputes Up To $90K

Work for a leading litigation team as a paralegal.

About the role:

• Conducting eDiscovery (using Relativity) 
• Carrying out legal research and document/evidence reviews
• Manage responses to requests of information
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence and ensure content and determinants are consistent with legislative requirements
• Classification, organisation and management of files, documents and evidence for litigation 
• Paid overtime (rare in a Paralegal role)
• Must be available 9am to 5pm Mon-Friday in the office

  
About you

• 2+ year Commercial Disputes Paralegal experience (ideally some eDiscovery experience)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Tech savvy and enjoy working with new systems
• Motivated and self-sufficient, with fantastic organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A WAM of 75 or above is strictly required in order to be considered for this role
• Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia - sorry, no WHVs!
