This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Debt Recovery and Litigation Paralegal to join our leading boutique Brisbane CBD law firm. We strongly recommend only career Paralegals apply for this challenging role. This particular role is not suitable for recent law graduates or lawyers.

We have a strong, small team environment reporting directly to the managing partner and senior staff with support staff on hand to assist you.

If you're a Paralegal with these attributes:-

• great organizational skills & attention to detail;
• the ability to run with Debt Recovery claims, bankruptcy and statutory demands, caveats and other enforcement action;
• knowledge of Queensland and Federal Court systems;
• experience in NSW, VIC, S.A. & W.A. Court processes will also be highly regarded; 
• a positive & enthusiastic attitude
• happy to work in a team environment
• strong communication skills
