Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years current Queensland conveyancing experience
- Experience managing and settling approx 25-30 matters per month in a productive manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- The ability to work as a productive and contributing team member
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Personable, flexible and professional presentation
- Experience in Smokeball/Leap/TriConvey and Pexa preferred but not essential
- You will have administration assistance

You will be managing a variety of property transactions:
- Both residential and commercial conveyancing
- Off the Plan purchases
- Matrimonial / Related Transfers
- Retirement Village leases
