Form of workParamount Legal are searching for an outstanding Conveyancing Paralegal. We are a boutique firm with a friendly office environment and strive to provide exceptional, personal service to our clients.
Your role will include handling all aspects of cottage conveyancing including opening files, contract review, drafting letters, seeking instructions, preparing settlement figures and arranging settlement. Must be familiar with PEXA.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience in conveyancing;
- Familiar with conveyancing through PEXA;
- Available for an immediate start;
- Mature with a strong work ethic;
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work;
- Well presented;
- Able to multitask;
- Strong communication skills and exceptional phone manner
- Reliable, punctual and committed; and
- Experienced using LEAP Software;
This is a part time position. We will consider either casual or permanent part time employment for the right candidate. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
