SalarySenior level role | Min 5 years Personal Injuries or Insurance Litigation Paralegal experience | Large leading independent law firm | WFH 1,2 days a weekThe RoleAs a Senior Insurance Litigation Paralegal you will be working in a large progressive law firm running mainly Workers Compensation files as well as CTP Defendant files. Your duties will include drafting letters to Doctors, preparation of briefs, dealing with clients, drafting summaries and advices, conducting discovery processes, assisting with trial preparation and general administration duties. You will be supporting a Partners and Solicitors within the Insurance Litigation department.YouYou will have a minimum of 4 years Paralegal experience. Some experience in Insurance Litigation or Personal Injuries is also essential.The Firm / Salary / BenefitsLarge progressive law firm of 220 staff, team environment, social firm.
