The Role
As an Estates Litigation Paralegal, you will support a Partner and Solicitors. Duties include drafting correspondence and documents, dealing with client enquiries, diary management, preparation of Briefs to Counsel, attending Court to instruct Counsel, booking appointments, disclosures, witnessing documents, filing and servicing court documents, arranging appointments with specialists, expert and general administrative support.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years Litigation Paralegal experience.
The Law Firm
Well established law firm. Either based at Southport or Coolangatta offices. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 + super). Excellent training and career development.
