SalaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing or leasing. If you are eager to jump into an environment which encourages innovation, collaboration and building client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Regular liaison with clients via email and telephone;
- Support developer clients in land releases and off-the-plan developments;
- Assist with mortgages, private finance, and primary production;
- Assist a senior paralegal with some leasing and residential conveyancing matters;
- Use of PEXA, Duties Online, Salesforce and iManage to ensure efficient operations and accurate data entry.

- Previous experience in residential conveyancing or leasing is essential; previous experience with mid-tier or top-tier firms is preferred;
