Bale Boshev Lawyers was established in 1980 and has offices at Hamilton, East Maitland, and Belmont. The firm has a long-standing presence in Newcastle and the Hunter in the Personal Injury space. We specialise in Personal Injury matters, Wills & Estates, Family Law, and Conveyancing.
The Position
The position will be based at our Belmont office and will be working in a practice Part-time, predominantly focused on Worker's Compensation, Motor Accident andPublic liability claims.
You will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of client matters, including:
- File management - opening and closing files.
- Preparing briefs, court documents & legal correspondence
- Liaising with and assisting clients
- Liaising with third parties
- Diary and email management
- General office Administration
Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position, you will require the following attributes:
- Experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary working hands on with files.
- Preference given to those with experience in Personal InjuryLaw
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication & computer skills
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of your work.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills
- LEAP Software experience will be an advantage.
