SalaryOur client is a leading full service firm who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer who would be interested in focusing on historical abuse.
The Role
You will act for religious and educational institutions in relation to Personal Injury and disciplinary proceedings. This will involve dispute resolution spanning the full spectrum of alternative dispute resolution and litigation including large scale, complex, high value and reputational sensitive matters.
Applicants
You will have a minimum of 6 years PAE within Personal Injury which may cover general liability, dust diseases or even medical negligence. Experience of historical abuse claims would be desirable but not essential. This is an unusual role as they’re able to offer you very flexible working arrangements as well as part-time.
You will need to be able to run files with minimal supervision as well as manage the client relationships directly. Plaintiff lawyers will also be considered as well as a contract option.
