About Us:
Accountable Recruitment Solutions, acting as a recruitment partner for our client, a well-established Professional Services Business, is assisting in their recruitment of a Paraplanner within their practice.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Paraplanner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role within our clients practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting expert Financial advice and services across a range of matters.
- Preparing Statement of Advice (SOA)
- Preparing Records of Advice (ROAs)
- Working closely with the Financial Planning, Accounting & Business Advisory Teams.
- Collaborating closely with our clients team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Client relationships - New & Existing.
- Building & Expanding your network.
- Staying abreast of relevant Finance developments and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of Paraplanner experience in Financial Planning Industry.
- Prior Experience with Business Owners / Self Employed - Highly Regarded
- Prior Experience with HNW - Highly Regarded.
- Prior Experience with SMSF - Highly Regarded.
- Prior Experience with Retirement Planning - Essential.
- Qualifications as a Paraplanner.
- University Qualification in Finance - Completed or near completed.
- Experience using Advisor Logic or X-Plan
- Strong research, communication, and leadership skills.
- A client-focused approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
