We are looking for:
Byron Shire Council is currently seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer. This role is a great opportunity to apply and enforce parking arrangements in accordance with Council policy, procedures and Government Legislation through the effective patrolling of roads, parks and other public areas.
About you:- Knowledge of, and ability to enforce, the Australian Road Rules
- The ability to deal with people and difficult customers in a calm, courteous and helpful manner at all times.
- Enjoy working in a beautiful location with a supportive team.
- A permanent full- time position (38 hours per week)

- Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of Grade 4 $1,116.30 to $1,293.40 per 38 hour week (dependent upon skills and experience)

Location:
This position is based at Mullumbimby however Council can require you to work from other work sites as required for operational reasons.
