Work for one of Victoria's most respected co-educational schools, alongside the Finance Team as they embark on an exciting operational change.
The Role
The purpose of the contract role is to support the wider Finance Team while they undertake an operational project change:
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in month end processes including accruals and reports.
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on discrepancies
- Statutory reporting and benchmarking survey returns.
- Reports & analysis as requested by the Finance & Procurement Manager
- Reconciling supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- Regularly reviewing systems, making updates and improvements when required
Your Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or related field.
- Additional certifications - either CPA or CA.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced computer literacy, database experience (Synergetic desirable)
- Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively across all levels both internally and externally.
