About the role
As a Fitness Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the Fitness Team Leader with staffing, service delivery, administration, marketing, program development, and maintenance at various Leisure Centres within the Shire. You will ensure our facilities are clean, secure, and well-presented, meeting public safety and occupational health and safety requirements. Your responsibilities will also include resolving customer complaints, maintaining databases, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and assisting in the implementation of business and marketing plans.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who has relevant work experience and skills in leisure and recreation facilities, including program development, staff management, and community engagement. You should have a demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment and show a bias for action, continuous improvement, and achieving results.
