Job description

  1. You will be organised 
  2. You will have a track record of academic achievement 
  3. You will have an interest in learning new skills with a focus on business administration  
  4. You will be available 25 hours a week 5 hours a day 4/5 days a week in the office 
  5. You will be a motivated problem solver
  6. You will not need have to have previous office setting experience 
  7. You will be able to set your own hours within 9am and 6pm and to work around uni 
  8. You will be undertaking a combination of tasks focusing on preparing a business for sale.
  9. You will be a high achieving student with great communication skills.
  10. You will have attention to detail and the ability to follow and eventually develop procedures and systems 
  11. You will commit to two years so we can invest in skills and training 

What you will be doing:

  • Working with remote staff to manage the information relating to accounts payable and receivables
  • Resolving customer and supplier enquires on the phone and via email 
  • data entry auditing 
  • Purchase Order Matching
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation and Payments
  • Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Assisting with producing financial reports and statements

If you don't have MYOB skills we will train you.

Ultimately this is an opportunity to learn how to develop and manage systems. Something that is an uncommon skill. This will set you up for life after uni and you will gain skills you can't acquire as an intern.
