As our company grows, we're seeking a passionate and highly organized individual to join us as a Part-Time Administration Assistant to the CEO, focusing on project management support.
Primary role:
As the Part-Time Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for bringing events to life, coordinating art classes and cultivating meaningful relationships by contributing to the vibrant culture of our organisation and directly impact the experiences of our participants.
Secondary role:
In addition to your primary responsibilities, there may be opportunities to engage in support work, providing direct assistance to individuals with disabilities. This secondary role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve and further develop your skills in the disability support sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and execute events, including art classes and boat excursions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Manage catering arrangements for various events and outings, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Provide general support to the team as needed, including filing, data entry, and organising supplies.

- Previous experience in administration or event coordination is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- NDIS worker screening clearance
- NDIS Orientation - Quality Safety and You
- First Aid Certificate inc. CPR
- Current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
