MSS has an exciting, part-time opportunity for an administration whizz to join our Quality, Compliance and Risk Team in Taree in a job share capacity.
The Administration Officer – Quality, Compliance and Risk (QC&R)will provide support to our QC&R team and will administer QC&R systems that support the organisation. This role is 34 hours per fortnight worked over 2 days one week and 2.5 days the following week on a fortnightly cycle. However, the total number of hours is flexible and can be reduced if the successful candidate is looking for less total hours of work.
What is the Role?
- Administer MSS’ contractor management system
- Complete administrator tasks in our risk management software
- Triage, allocate, and update feedback in our feedback system and from external sources
- Develop agendas for meetings and committees, and document comprehensive and professional minutes
- Develop complex reports
- Assist with administration tasks related to projects and systems
- Reformat official MSS documents and document procedures related to the role
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Complete other administrative duties as required and provide support to assist the Senior Manager and Quality, Compliance and Risk team

- Salary Packaging up to $15,899 + up to $2,650 meal entertainment card per annum pro rata (means you pay less tax and increase your take-home pay)

Selection Criteria
Essential Qualifications, experience and personal attributes:
- Qualifications in administration or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional administrative skills, including the proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and willingness and ability to use other databases and new systems.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and get things done.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and create complex spreadsheets and to develop professional reports using available data.
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
