What you'll do
Corrective Services NSW requires an Administration Assistant to join the team at SOG. You will be responsible for undertaking general administration and stores duties to support the day-to-day performance and productivity of the centre. Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- General data entry
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Actioning all miscellaneous administrative tasks on behalf of your manager and team
- Performing a range of tasks such as establishing and maintaining office systems, vehicle fleet organisation and general administrative assistance
- Receive calls from the switchboard
What we're looking for
- Self-directed and highly motivated
- Resilient and able to manage working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A true team player
- Customer service centric
- Current driver's license and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
