Startdate: ASAPWorking with a small not-for-profit community based organisation located in Kew East, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join on a Part time basis.This role will suit someone who needs flexible hours - we are looking for support for 15 hours total across Tuesday -Thursdays. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to go permanent after this time.Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked for similar smaller organisations and is used to being in an "allrounder" role, there will be opportunity to pick up new tasks supporting the accounting team but we don't need experience in this field.The role includes tasks such as:

• Bank reconciliation - petty cash and credit cards
• Expenses
• High levels of data entry
• Ownership of the filing and archiving systems
• Accounts Payable Assistance - limited
• Answering the phones and general office administration

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong attention to detail
• High level administration experience and ability to pick up new tasks supporting the accounting team when required
• Positive work ethic
• Ability to work autonomously when required
• Full Australian working rights
