As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistency and accuracy in document management. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures to uphold the highest standards of efficiency and traceability.Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Manage the Document Review Management System (DRMS) effectively.
- Process incoming and outgoing documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation, collation, and issuance of reports and registers as required.
- Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed schedules.
- Establish and maintain the Master Document Register for easy access and reference.
- Collate, produce, and submit QA Documentation in compliance with established standards.
- Ensure Document Management adheres to established procedures and standards, including document numbering, approvals, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording, and archiving.
- Process outgoing documentation for transmission to Clients, Stakeholders, Suppliers, and Third Parties.
- Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally.
- Coordinate projects documentation and data effectively to maintain organizational efficiency.Required Skills and Experience:
