Your New Role:
You will join the heart of the business, in their buzzing Homebush-based contact centre. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Being a first point of contact for members, across inbound; outbound; live-chat; email; and social media communications
- Troubleshoot, educate and answer all queries for members in a positive and knowledgeable manner
- Work towards contact centre KPI's to ensure achievement of organisational and individual goals
- Comply will all associated risk and regulatory policies to ensure the safety of the customers and the bank
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous contact centre or Customer Service experience or studying finance, business, economics or an associated degree is preferred
- Full working rights and the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week out of Homebush
- Start on the 18th of March for up to 3/4 weeks of full-time in office training and then move to part-time
- Attend an in-person group interview on Thursday 29th Feb
- Outstanding communication with a ‘member first’ approach
