Part Time Chef

We are a speciality coffee cafe based in Brunswick serving the comunity for over 5 years. You will get to drink some of the best coffee in Australia.

We are seeking a part-time Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our menu with precision and creativity, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and contributing to the development of new menu items. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to showcase their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

            •          Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards

            •          Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served

            •          Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

            •          Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

            •          Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 

            •          Culinary qualifications or relevant certification preferred

            •          Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods

            •          Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence

            •          Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team

            •          Must be available on both weekends and two week days .
