Role and Responsibilities: As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating and executing a menu that reflects the commitment to creativity and seasonality. Your duties will include:
- Developing innovative dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Managing inventory and ensuring food quality and consistency
- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Collaborating with management to create menus and special offerings
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of food trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
