Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Officer
Job Description Based in Brisbane CBD, we are currently seeking Customer Service Officers to join a fast-paced environment providing exceptional Customer Service. Handling a diverse range of customer enquiries, this role requires customer focused individuals with a want to help others.

Key Role Details:
Hourly rate of $26.77 + Super
Up to $480 based on performance incentives
Training must be attended full time for 4 weeks and minimum of 30 hours per week afterwards
Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. No weekends!
Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station

Role Duties:
You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.
Who are you?
You believe quality Customer Service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but Customer Service skills are a must!
Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
Eager to work towards goals and targets
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Passionate about Customer Service
Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
