Part-Time Finance Assistant

Looking for work/life balance? We have an excellent hybrid part-time opportunity for an experienced Financial Assistant to join a high performing Finance team for a global organisation who are a provider of medical diagnositic equipment. 

We are looking for someone that is looking to work 4 days a week with flexiblity to take on more hours when needed along with the abilty to wear multipe hats and carry on ad hoc duties where required.

• Daily banking ensuring accurate processing and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Monthly processing of Scheme Management Fees and raising Credit Notes as needed.
• Assistance with monthly expense reconciliations for various accounts.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable functions.
• Preparation and submission of monthly expenses.
• Assistance with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed.

• Proven track record in a similar role
• Excel mastery with robust technical expertise
• Effective communication prowess, both written and interpersonal
• Analytical and logical thinker with adept problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and adept handling of sensitive, confidential information
