Position Overview:
They are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Marketing Associate to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote their brand, attract new clients, and support their ongoing projects.

Location:
Melbourne, Victoria. WFH avalaible 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create engaging content for various channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software is a plus.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Specific schedule to be determined based on mutual agreement.
