About the role:
The Strategic Change Coordinator will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in very complex problem solving and issues management within service design functions. The position requires exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level policy advice and operational support.
They will support the management of stakeholder segments that reflect functional, behavioural and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience.
Duties:
- Assisting in the establishment of future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision.
- Coordinating the engagement of program and organisational leaders to future state vision, case for change and change leadership role/capabilities.
- Providing guidance, coaching to team members and meeting the needs of service users with quality deliverables.
- Assisting in the tracking of changes in adoption, behaviours and attitudes toward discrete and program-wide changes, to drive insight and improvement in our approach.
Required experience/skills:
- Experience developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements.
