The Role: We are offering 1 permanent full-Time or 2 permanent Part Time opportunities for Enrolled Nurses (AM, Afternoon and NIGHT shifts) to join our 60 bed facility - PresCare Ground Water lodge based in Maryborough, QLD.

What you will do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
- Supervision and support for Care Workers
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
- Current APHRA Registration as a Div. 2 Enrolled Nurse - MANDATORY
- Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) - MANDATORY
- Minimum experience: One-year of experience as a Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting - MANDATORY
- Desirable experience: Two-years of experience as a Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting
- Full and valid working rights in Australia - MANDATORY
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Contract Type: Permanent Part Time or Full Time Contract
- Hours: Part Time or Full Time Hours available for the right candidate
- Shifts: AM, Afternoon & night shifts available
- Salary Range: base rate of 34.13 - $36.17 per hour (Depending on experience) + 11% Superannuation+ NFP salary packaging + allowances
