About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our Terrigal office. This part-time role involves working every Thursday and Friday, plus one additional day to assist with leasing overflow. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards for our clients, combining office-based tasks with on-the-road inspections.
The Role:
- Conducting thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Ensuring that the properties are kept up to satisfactory standard
- Assisting the Property Management department as required
- Assist with leasing overflow
- Meet and greet customers
- Open and close the office
- Manage keys for trades people for collection.
- Compiling reports
- Attend all weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Adhoc administration
About you:
- Previous experience with inspections & liaising with clients
- You'll be a motivated, can do team player.
- Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence or be willing to obtain.
- Brilliant opportunity for an entry level role position into real estate.
