About the Role: As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing various aspects of property administration and client communication. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising our streamlined digital processes for efficient admin management.
- Conducting routine inspections with precision and attention to detail.
- Handling ingoings/outgoings inspections, including bond finalisations.
- Regularly communicating with tenants and landlords to ensure clear and transparent information flow.
- Facilitating weekday inspections and lease preparations to secure successful tenancies.
- Diligently managing data entry and email correspondence to uphold organisational efficiency.
About You: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Property Management, ideally with a boutique or smaller portfolio.
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Proficiency in Real Estate software to streamline processes.
- Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients.
- A professional and approachable demeanor, reflecting honesty and integrity.
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Access to a roadworthy vehicle and a valid driver's license for property visits.
