AddressPart Time Physiotherapist required for busy, well established Physiotherapy and Allied Health Practice.
Sports Lab are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated musculoskeletal or sports Physiotherapist who enjoys a professional, busy work environment and is going to uphold and enhance our company's strong reputation.
The role would suit a Physiotherapist who is looking for diversity in their caseload with the ability to take on both a clinical role (within a Musculoskeletal/Sports practice), as well as an existing and expanding Pilates/exercise based role.
The applicant must possess excellent communication and networking skills in order to promote and build themselves within the clinic and the community. They would be willing to become a part of a strong team and positively contribute to our culture.
The ability to instruct small group exercise classes (including equipment) as well as initial and 1:1 exercise sessions as part of a existing pilates team is vital.
This role will be supported by the team at Sports Lab, a group of highly experienced Sports and exercise and musculoskeletal Physiotherapists and the applicant would form part of a well established physiotherapy and allied health group located in the CBD, inner west and eastern suburbs of Sydney with the potential for growth within the company.
Remuneration would be a base salary with performance incentives which is reviewed at the 6 month and annually thereafter. Standard benefits and CPD allowance is included in the package. Full Time may be considered.
Applicants MUST have:
- Minimum B App Sc (Physio)
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Current CPR
- Be fully insured
- Drivers license
- Available to work Saturdays.
To be successful in the role, you would ideally possess:
- 1- 3 years physiotherapy experience within a Private Practice/Sport Setting
- Excellent manual skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Commitment to patient care
- Ability to develop professional relationships with referring practitioners
- Enthusiasm, motivation and professionalism
- Ability to educate and mentor Junior staff members
- Formal Pilates training
