About Clinical Physiotherapy

• Longer consultation times - 1 Hour Initials and 40min follow ups. 
• Our number 1 KPI is based on patient outcomes, not how many patients you see or how much you bill
• A team culture with one common goal - to provide the most up-to-date treatments possible so that our patients have great outcomes, in a fun, supportive environment.
• Career Progression - 6 level's of qualification with clear goals for progression through the levels.
• A typical full-time caseload involves ~40 private patients plus 3-4 classes of either clinical pilates (equipment), seniors strength or teen strength classes. 

The Clinic

Occupying 240sqm at St Ives Shopping Plaza, we are lucky to have one of the largest and best equipped clinics in Sydney with 7 treatment rooms, expansive gym space fitted out with commercial Life Fitness cardio/weight equipment and a separate, brand new reformer pilates studio with views over Garigal National Park. Included in the busy plaza is an IGA, bakery, cafe and restaurant. 

Our learning culture

• 1 Hour of team education on 3 out of 4 Tuesdays each month. Each physiotherapist presents once a year on a topic of their choosing. The presentation is based on research and must include good quality systematic reviews and randomised control trials. Assistance is provided to help find and critically appraise the papers.
• 1-2 Hours of 1 on 1 clinical reasons sessions per week with one of our Senior Clinical Educators. We currently have 3 x Level 6 Clinical Educators with 42 years experience between them.
• Annual 3-day Education Retreat at The Pullman at Magenta Shores.
• "Whiteboard of Knowledge" - new research and/or life/career inspiration posted each week.

Salary

Packages range from 100k-160k, depending on level of education, experience and clinical reasoning ability. 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years Private Practice experience.
• Clinical Pilates experience a bonus.
• Experience with both manual therapy and exercise prescription and the ability to clinically reason why. 
• Flexible hours from 7am-7pm.
• Start date April 2024.
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours across the week + the occasional Saturday morning.
