A not-for profit organisation is looking for a 3 day a week administrator (Tues-Thurs) for a temporary contract, starting immediately for at least 3 months.
You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and will also support the HR team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative/reception support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
• HR administration such as assisting with updating polices and procedures, data entry, file management, and document preparation.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
• Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for at least 3 months.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with some HR knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
