Our client is seeking a dynamic and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in maintaining a smoothly operating office environment. This role involves diverse responsibilities ranging from reception coverage to administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and sign in visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Prepare and serve coffee for external guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure photocopiers and telecommunication systems are operational at all times.
- Maintain and update the Samples shelf inventory.
- Order and manage office supplies and stationary.
- Organise and upkeep the stationary cupboard.
- Sort and organise incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Organise and book meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments, catering, and equipment.
- Approve and track office invoices
Skills & Experience
You bring relevant experience within similar environments, can work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, be a team player and offer strong systems skills. You take pride in the detail and accuracy of your work, and possess a mindset for continued learning and development.
