Accounts Officer

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Experience in insurance or finance is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent technical, numerical, and time management skills
• Proficiency in IT, mathematics, accounting principles, and office procedures
• Ability to operate within a compliance framework

• Allocate overnight banking and troubleshoot payment errors
• Process outbound payments
• Liaise with clients about monthly payments
• Engage in debt collection
• Optional payroll processing
• Work within our broking system and CRM
• Become a subject matter expert in account administration (training provided)
• Assist with compliance procedures and reporting
