The Village is part of the Village Retirement Group which operates 5 villages in the Brisbane suburbs. We take pride in our service delivery and resident satisfaction is paramount to our success. No two days will be the same in this role, so if you are looking for variety, challenges and problem solving then this is the role for you.
Qualifications & experience
- This is a very hands-on role so experience in a similar role would be beneficial or trade/handyman qualifications would be favourable. An annual police check is required along with an annual flu vaccination.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance services to our 290 Independant Living unit's and village facilities. Includes management of external contractors, scheduling, periodical preventative maintenance to village assets, audits and equipment checks. Set up for events and functions.
