Why this role matters The Salvation Army's AOD Social Mission have been awarded a grant to open and operate an AOD Recovery Hub in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The Wagga Recovery Hub (WRH) will operate out of Wagga Salvos Corps and is tailored to meet the needs of people who are affected by AOD living in rural and regional areas, with services provided for people with co-occurring mental health issues, those who are at risk of homelessness, Aboriginal people, and people in contact with the criminal justice system.

Services include psychosocial interventions for AOD, homelessness support, mental health care, case management, AOD peer support groups and Aboriginal health care. About this role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive AOD (Alcohol and

Other Drug) Partnerships & Programs Coordinator to oversee the successful planning, and coordination, for the TSA Wagga Recovery Hub (WRH) AOD programs and services. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 6.

You will successfully Manage the partnership between the four partner agencies involved in Wagga Recovery Hub (WRH) and the care coordination pathways for participants. Develop, maintain and coordinate the collaboration between WRH Partner and various stakeholders, ensuring the effective integration of AOD services into existing healthcare or community systems. Ensure service delivery targets are met, organisational and accreditation standards are achieved, and funding body requirements are met.

Lead an effective and high functioning team of AOD Care Coordinators to deliver client-centred, trauma informed, recovery-oriented evidence- base practice for participants. You will have A minimum Diploma level qualification and extensive experience in a relevant field. Relevant experience in supervising and managing staff.
