The Role:
As a key member of our Communications and Engagement Team, you'll wear two hats in this full-time role. Three days a week, you'll be the face of our Community, Care & Wellbeing (CCW) program, ensuring exceptional customer service, program management, and proactive engagement with industry trends. The remaining two days, you'll provide vital support across our diverse team, contributing to various functions within Communications, Community Engagement, Partnerships and Programs, Experiences and Events, Policy, and Government Relations.
Key Responsibilities: Primary Role (3 days per week):
- First point of contact for CCW program participants, maintaining a welcoming environment with care and compassion.
- Actively support the strategic and day-to-day management of CCW programs, identifying industry opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline program administration.
- Represent the CCW program on behalf of our organization, facilitating sessions that align with our vision.
- Provide project management support, create reports, presentations, and assist with communications and event coordination.
- Offer flexible support across the Communications and Engagement Team based on current needs.
- Contribute to events, community engagement, partnerships, and other initiatives requiring additional resources.
- Collaborate with a hands-on team to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
