An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships Coordinator (focusing on STEEDEN & GILBERT brands). The role will include building relationships and liaising with key partners to increase sales through identifying new opportunities from each partnership and driving additional sales through corporate partner portfolios.
THE POSITION
The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for servicing, managing and maintaining relationships with key partners and ensuring sales orders and other system based tasks are processed. A key factor of this role is delivering the highest standards of service to both external and internal customers. You will be expected to develop and maintain rewarding relationships with our key partners and corporate partner portfolio.
A key aspect will be to manage administrative tasks to ensure orders are delivered on time - our number one priority is to provide the highest quality product at competitive prices, delivered in a timely manner.
MAIN DUTIES
- Manage administrative tasks and track contract deliverables associated with partnership account management, including:
- end to end communication of ordering to delivery of required product (on time)
- provide artwork and quotations
- co-ordinate supply of digital marketing assets with the Marketing Team to the account
- distribution of ticketing within the business
- co-ordinate, deliver and attend activations
- assist with co-ordinating photoshoots and videoshoots with the Marketing team that involve the partnership portfolio.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with partnership accounts and other key stakeholders by monthly WIPs and face to face meetings to maximise partner benefits (i.e. co-ordinating digital assets, appearances, hospitality and signage).
- Encouraging additional sales/new opportunities from each partnership and through their corporate partner portfolio.
- Ensuring all royalty reports are submitted on time.
- Attending partnership networking events in Melbourne.
- Developing partner plans and strategies for each account.
- Reporting on partnership assets successions and failures and communicate with Marketing Team and wider business if necessary.
- Managing contra and invoicing of sales and report.
- Providing support on major projects of the Marketing team including driving online sales through existing partnership assets.
- Undertaking out of hours work when appropriate.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail, administrate and organisational skills.
- Excellent people, written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Great interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong interest in sport.
- Microsoft Office suite skills, in particular Excel.
- Qualification in relevant field is highly regarded.
- Industry experience is preferred.
