About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, The Content Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for driving brand marketing, content creation, copywriting, partnership management and social media management. They will need to have creative flare, impeccable written communications, excellent relationship building skills and digital Marketing and social experience. With a brand new office in Camberwell, this is a great opportunity to join a young, energetic marketing team with a share vision and love for tourism, outdoors and camping.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnership Coordination
- Work with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and leverage partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver partnership agreements including but not limited to; ideation, campaign management, briefing, social delivery, copy writing and reporting.
- Support day to day contact with partners, sponsors, and parks.
- Prepare analysis and reports to measure effectiveness of partnership activity.
- Nurturing relationships with content creators, identifying new creators for specific projects, crafting content briefs, managing payment reconciliation (e.g., distributing gift vouchers), and coordinating with parks to arrange content stays.
- Support development & management of social content calendar, aligning with the overarching marketing calendar.
- Schedule posts and stories with relevant tracking, across various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely presence.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build out comprehensive customer response template that is accessible for all BIG4 staff
- Monitor post-performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist in identifying strong park content that will be an easy win/marketing calendar theme that resonates with our seasonal focuses.
- Collaborate with design team and partners in development of content /marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Key requirements
- Degree qualified in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years’ marketing experience ideally with a focus on content creation and social media
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Marketing and copywriting skills, plus a deep understanding of digital media channels, social media platforms.
- The ability to create, track, measure, and report on digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative flare for crafting engaging content for partners and social channels
- Basic graphic designa and/or content creation abilities (Canva)
- Independence and a strong drive for success, with a proactive approach to your work
- Experience maintaining social media accounts including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
- An amazing administrator keen to put your Marketing knowledge to work
- Passionate about the tourism industry
