The Partnerships Marketing Executive will join the Partnerships & Affiliate Team – working closely with the cluster lead to support and manage Sparro’s affiliate client programs.
This role will effectively manage client affiliate programs and work collaboratively with brands and publishers to develop strong partnerships in the channel, and execute affiliate campaigns in line with client objectives.

- Understand client objectives, and communicate/promote agency value and results
- Liaise with clients and publishers to plan and execute campaigns
- Campaign set up in affiliate networks – ie. setting up contracts, adding in new commission structures and flat fees, adding new publishers to the program, etc
- Work collaboratively with internal Sparro teams in the wider agency to tie in the affiliate channel to the wider strategy across all channels
- Play a supporting role in the growth of our clients through strong program management
- Maintain communication with clients / publishers / networks to implement campaigns and recommend new opportunities
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Effective project management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Strong team player and eagerness to jump in and learn on the job
- An ability to understand direction and mobilise with others to accomplish a goal
- Understanding and experience with large affiliate platforms, affiliate tracking models, tools and platforms such as Commission Factory, Impact, Rakuten, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups or teams.
