All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Parts Interpreter to join their client, a leading civil construction, concrete and quarrying company, who will be responsible for the servicing and repairs of company fleet. This is a permanent employment opportunity for an immediate start.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer mid to high volume of inbound calls.
- Engage with internal staff and external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Obtain quotes on consumables and parts.
- Order and collect parts and consumables as required.
- Upkeep the internal parts / store; organise and clean, stock control and inventory.
- Update internal company documentation through accurate data entry.
- Basic clerical duties; filing, printing, photocopying, record keeping, etc.
- Manage bulk diesel for company use; monitor usage, obtain quotes, organise delivery, and coordinate with project supervisors / senior management.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills.
- MUST be competent in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to databases and new systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
- Ability to assist with manual tasks as required.
- Qualification not required however previous experience in parts or heavy diesel mechanics is highly regarded.
