Job Summary:
Western Truck Group Darwin want to speak to anyone with a Parts Interpreter background, or interest in.
You will be responsible for:
- The safety of WTG’s people, customers and assets
- Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
- Processing customer quotes, orders, payments, invoices and credits
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide technical assistance and general support to the Service Department
- Various parts warehousing tasks, eg, sorting, ordering, stocktake
- Participate in a rotating roster to be on-call for parts supply
- Ensuring Database entry and accuracy
- Maintaining efficient warehouse operations and flow
- Ensure compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
- Any other duties / responsibilities relative to the improvement of Parts Services supply and Customer Relations as may be directed by the Parts Manager or his/her nominated representative.

Valued Skills and prior experience include:
- Technical parts knowledge in the transport field
- Developed knowledge of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential
- A high degree of dependability, reliability and dedication to customer service
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
- Good organisations skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
- Excellent work ethic, gaining enjoyment from practical and manual activities
- Strong focus on safety and security of all personnel, equipment and environment
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Forklift license desirable
