They offer a range of products and services, such as sales, rentals, parts, and maintenance, to meet the needs of their customers in the region. They have current vacancies for a Parts Interpreter to join their business.
Your new role
We are seeking a spare Parts Interpreter to work on a Monday to Friday basis in a Mackay workshop. Under the direction of the State Parts Manager, the Parts Interpreter shall provide a professional service, assisting customers and workshop employees in the sourcing and distributing of required parts. You will be working within the warehouse & office, and this position will see you:
- Identify, source and sell spare parts and other parts as required
- Ensure timely supply of parts through the received and dispatch process
- Prepare invoices for sale of stock
- Develop, recommend and implement product knowledge
- Maintain regular liaisons with customers and internal departments
- Participate in stock taking
- Manage the return stock processes
- Picking and packing parts
- Stock Management
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will hold the following skills & experience
- Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence - desirable
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Computer-literate
- Excellent communication skills
You will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test prior to commencing.
