The Opportunity:
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor and a Parts Interpreter.

You will be required to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Duties:
- Daily ordering of parts.
- Stocking and supply of parts to retail clients.
- Stocking and ordering parts to the busy workshop.
- Attending to customers' enquiries in person, via phone or by e-mail.
- Scheduling customer service orders, utilising company software.
- Collating and translating symptoms to repair orders that can be clearly understood and diagnosed by technical staff.
- Offering exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Parts interpreting experience or service advising experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Passion for the agricultural industry.
- Desire to achieve.
- Strong work ethic.
- Long term commitment.
- Competent computer skills.
- Professional presentation.
- Current Driver's Licence.
