Audi Centre Melbourne is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter with an automotive background and technical knowledge to join our Aftersales team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Receipting and checking parts deliveries
- Maintain the parts department in an organised manner
- Accurate parts data entry into DMS system
- Interpretation of parts requests using parts manuals and computer applications
- Ensure all parts enquires are processed in a timely and professional manner
- Assist internal staff with spare parts support when required
- Provide support to customers over the phone regarding products and identification of spare parts when required
- Carry out general duties from time to time as requested by the Aftersales Manager
Key skills and experience include:
- ERA/Pentana experience required
- Preferably with 2 years dealership experience
- Fully qualified Parts Advisor with Audi/Skoda/VW experience as an advantage
- Current driver licence.
- Exceptional customer service & organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent computer literacy
- A team player with the ability to build rapport with other stakeholders
- A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
Ongoing manufacturer training will be provided.
