Due to growth they are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join the team.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Parts Interpreter to join our Mercedes-Benz Toowong parts department. Ideally the successful applicant will be presently employed within the automotive industry and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of all areas of operation within the parts department.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and growing relationships with our Internal and Retail customers
• Supplying and interpreting parts to our busy workshop

Specific skills required;

• Currently working in the Motor Industry, Manufacturing or Service Sector in a similar role
• Experience in a retail parts department with a general understanding of the wider automotive industry
• Experience with Body Shop parts interpreting/estimating an advantage 
• Able to work autonomously
• High level of personal commitment and attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office,
• Pentana DMS system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A strong work ethic and a stable employment history is essential and hold a current and valid driver’s license.
