My client is looking for a customer service star, to join their dealership in a combined Parts Interpreter/Service Advisor role.
My client owns and operates a family-run dealership in the central QLD town of Biloela. They are looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills to work in a combined role of Parts Interpreter/Service Advisor. This role can be taken in either a full-time or casual capacity.This role would suit either an experienced Parts Interpreter or Service Advisor that wants a change of scenery or doesn’t want to commit to full-time work anymore. Or a person with a strong customer service background, with mechanical knowledge, that wants to get their foot in the door of a dealership.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience as a Parts Interpreter or Service Advisor, or be willing to learn
- Have good mechanical knowledge
- Be committed to providing outstanding customer service to our clients
- Be hard working, with the ability to multi-task
- Be computer literate
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold an open car licence, with a good driving history
- Greeting and welcoming customers to the dealership
- Assisting with enquiries
- Keeping customers up to date with the status of their repairs
- Delivery of parts to customers
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Organisation of the parts department
