We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our fast-paced environment.
This progressive and well-established Agricultural Machinery business is looking to take on a meticulous, experienced and customer-focused Parts Manager to support our retail operation in Narrogin.

What you’ll be doing:
- Management, supervision, training and direction of Parts Department staff members
- Establish procedures and policies to ensure competitive pricing and internal and external customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective marketing is utilised for promotions/new parts/discounts
- Manage stock levels ensuring optimum efficiency to avoid under/overstocking
- Manage order quantities/timeliness to achieve maximum discount structure
- Management and accountability of departmental budget and expenses
- Coordinate and manage annual or rolling stocktakes
- Promote interdepartmental communication to encourage information sharing
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in a Managerial position and/or Parts related role
- Proven abilities in leading a team to success
- In depth knowledge of parts/warehouse management
- Highly proficient in parts merchandising, selling techniques and parts ordering software
- Superior problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
- Excellent ability to interpret a technical diagram
- Experience with Equip software (desirable)
