Parts Manager

Your New Opportunity:

Due to an internal promotion a full time, permanent role has come up for a Parts Managerto join our Parts team. You'll be based in our Wacol Branch, working as an integral part of our Management Team. You will actively lead and manage a high-performing parts team and warehouse operations team.

In this role you will:

• Have a strong focus on Safety Leadership as a senior manager.
• Lead and develop the Parts and Warehouse Teams to meet individual and Penske Goals.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and engagement with the business operations teams.
• Develop operating plans and have the ability to execute and achieve financial & operational targets.
• Ensure your team consistently exceeds expectations of both internal and external customers.
• Manage a warehouse and large-scale inventory function.
• Model safe working behaviour in line with Penske's values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care

About you:

• You have managerial experience within an automotive environment.
• Demonstrable ability to successfully manage, develop & motivate a team.
• Have a strong customer focus and team-player mindset.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a knack for building personalconnections.
• A high energy, high output persona and resilient nature.
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills and ability to learn and use bespoke software systems.
• Strong experience in understanding and interpreting automotive, inventory & financial reports.
• High emotional intelligence, we're looking for a leader not a boss to grow and develop the team.
