The Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Sales Representative (PSR) to join our Service Department, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The purpose of this role is to deliver the highest possible level of customer service, driving positive service sales growth and further strengthening customer relationships. You will join a great team within an enjoyable workplace environment.
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual for this position will have experience in Komatsu's range of aftermarket products and services and will work enthusiastically to actively build customer relationships through the principles and standards of our Customer Support Charter. A key component of this role will be to maximise investment in customer visits and delivering value to the customers' business, whilst also gathering and reporting key information to support a proactive team approach to sales growth. Additionally, this role is responsible for proactively identifying opportunities, conducting professional and effective meetings with customers, and selling appropriate solutions from the full range of Komatsu products and services. Please note this role will require site-based work and travel.

You will thrive on the challenge of increasing sales and be a true hunter & gatherer of opportunities. You will seek to understand your customers' needs and work closely with our Mining Systems Customer Service Team to develop sound sales strategies to maximise sales results. Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience selling parts or services within mining, construction, or industrial industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to demonstrate this from actual experiences.
- Knowledge & experience in identifying sales opportunities.
- A high level of drive, persistence, and sales resilience.
- Great time management skills enabling you to cover a large territory and customer base.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and exposure to SAP desirable
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
- Ability to create reports to show customer relationships and sales related activity.
